Here’s how we do it…

Restoration of decks, play structures, privacy fences, etc. the finest of cleaners and/or strippers, that are environmental safe, is applied to the wood surfaces, which removes dirt, old stains, mold and mildew. Then we apply a brightener, this neutralizes the cleaner or stripper and brightens the wood bringing it back to its natural state. Once the wood has dried for 24-48 hours, two coats of a semi-transparent stain are applied.

Restoration of brick pavers typically doesn’t require application of a cleaner, unless a previously used sealer was unsuccessful. Pressure-washing the pavers will remove dirt, weeds, moss and mold. The pavers will then need to dry for 1-2 days. Sand is then swept into the joints and a non-yellowing sealer is applied. This process locks in the sand and enhances the look of the pavers as well as prevents future growth of weeds, moss and mold in the joints.

Removal of hard water stains, mold and/or mildew from brick, stone, concrete, siding, stucco, etc. is achieved by applying, an environmentally safe, cleaner to the affected areas and left to dwell for ten minutes. Pressure-washing then removes the unwanted sight.
